• Chicken parmesan; grilled chicken fillets on a rosemary tomato sauce topped with a mozzarella slice and parmesan
• Traditional Red wine braised Coq au Vin (Chicken thighs in red wine sauce with mushrooms)
• Lemon and herb roasted chicken drums and thighs with onions and baby tomatoes
• Chicken stir-fry with veggies and sesame
• Portuguese lemon chicken; chicken pieces sautéed with onions and peppers in a lemon cream sauce
