This past weekend was a buzz of activity in The Real Food Co Catering and Events Kitchen. From Gourmet Breakfast platter Catering in Johannesburg, to a Ladies birthday Buffet lunch Catering in Centurion, finished off with a funky 21st birthday Cocktail party Catering in Pretoria. We did it all!

On the Menu
Grilled sirloin steaks with wild mushroom sauce
Chicken fillets stuffed with sundried tomatoes and feta, covered with a white wine and chive sauce
Savoury herbed basmati rice
Oven roasted rosemary potatoes
Grilled seasonal vegetables with rosemary
Roasted beetroot, goats cheese and Orange salad with wild rocket
Fresh Green salad with herbs, tomatoes, cucumber, peppers, julienne carrots,
feta cheese, avocado and toasted nuts with mustard vinaigrette
Dessert
Chocolate layer cake with Rose Icing, garnished with fresh berries and flowers
Rustic pavlova with seasonal berries and fruit, lemon cream and swirls of berry couli
Amarula Panacotta in glass jars
