Saturday we did a formal Plated Lunch for a special birthday!
Grilled salmon with curried coconut sauce, topped with 2 Queen Prawns drizzled with basil oil and finished with coriander
Beef fillet, truffle infused mash potatoes, wild mushroom and red wine sauce, Grilled spring Veggies
Tuesday it was a Corporate Breakfast, (No Photos taken, we were too busy cooking up a storm;-) ), Savoury Platters for Lunch and some Gourmet Cupcakes:
Wednesday was Training lunches and more Cupcakes…….
And for Thursday we had a lovely Corporate Cocktail Do for a company celebrating the building of their new Offices in Centurion:
